Our tour had a guest in a wheelchair and the guide was very helpful in accommodating her through the crowds. During the tour itself he was very knowledgeable and provided lots of interesting facts. He had us do deep breathing exercises before we plunged into some of the more crowded passageways. I thought that was a nice touch.
