We cut the tour short for safety concerns. When contacting Viator Customer Service, they apologized but did nothing else. In two other emails to them, they did not even respond. We recommend working with your hotel Concierge to book a car to show you around. It is cheaper, safer, and more reliable. On a separate note, the tour guide himself, was nice.”
